Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers BloomsPeople travel to Brisbane to soak up the sun, kick back and enjoy the beautiful city and Queensland regional centres. A key drawcard for tourists to visit Brisbane and its stunning regional centres in September is the famous Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers.
Located less than a 2-hour drive from Brisbane, Toowoomba is home to stunning architecture, beautiful flora and fauna and of course, the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers.
This annual event has been attracting people from all over the world since its inception 68 years ago. The Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers showcases gorgeous blooms, excellent Australian wines and a plethora of activities that can be enjoyed by everyone.
Running from Friday the 15th of September to Sunday the 24th of September in 2017, there are countless anticipated highlights for this year's Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers program including (but not limited to) the below.

Queens Park

As a central hub of the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers, Queens Park will not disappoint. The hub will be the finishing point for the stunning Grand Central Floral Parade, will host the Ergon Energy Food and Wine Festival and has 2 exciting playgrounds for the kids. The best part of Queens Park (and there are many) is that you are welcome to bring your furry four-legged friends along.

Picnic Point
