Greetings from Portside Parking

You have booked your car in with us for tomorrow's cruise.

! Please arrive at Portside at least 1.5hrs before your scheduled boarding time ! And,

** OUR LAST SHUTTLE BUS TO BICT WILL LEAVE PORTSIDE AT 12.00 pm **

We ask you to aim to be at our depot by 11.45am to allow sufficient time for travel and processing prior to the terminal check-in closure.

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Late arrivals may have to organise their own transfer to the terminal (eg.Uber).      

IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS:

1. The best way to access our premises is via Theodore Street.
2. Turn at the Ampol Service Station on the river side of Kingsford Smith Drive.
3. Once in Theodore Street, turn right at the first intersection (Curtin Ave West) and proceed to the end of the street, we are on the left.
4. Please look for our Portside Parking signs.

UPON ARRIVAL:

1. Please follow the arrows directing you into our parking site. STOP at the STOP sign, and wait for one of our staff to assist you.
2. Our staff will then direct you to an area to drop off your vehicle.
3. You can then make your way to the bus pick up area. Buses leave approximately every 30 minutes until the final shuttle time referred to above.

When you return from your cruise, proceed to where we dropped you off. There is a Portside Parking sign at the designated pick up point. If you are in a hurry it pays to carry your own luggage off the ship. Our buses will arrive on or before the disembarkation time which is normally advised by the terminal the day before your return.  

When you arrive back at our facility please report to the office to collect your keys if you have handed them in or left them with your car. The staff will tell you roughly where your car is. Keep in mind that on the morning of your return we spread the cars out so people can leave without delays. As a result some of the indoor cars may have to be moved outside the buildings for everyone's convenience. This is also mentioned in our terms and conditions which you agreed to at time of booking.
