I just have to let you know how impressed my sister and I were with your organisation from us dropping our car off, taking and picking us up from the cruise terminal and also how you stored the car. 
Everything just ran so smooth and it was so easy to find our car and just drive off within minutes.
You are also to be congratulated on your excellent friendly and efficient staff who have the best customer service and smiles that I've seen in a long time!
Perhaps the cruise terminal would let you build a more permanent bus stop like shelter for your customers though for when it's raining.  But that's probably out of your hands.

You made getting to and from the cruise so easy. Driving us there in our car and not transferring my husband in and out was great. As I walk out of the P&O the car was just pulling up..
